In /etc/cron.daily
there is a script "tmpwatch" to clean some folders like as /tmp, /var/tmp, ...etc
The script will call a command tmpwatch to clean
like as follows
#tmpwatch -a 30d test
// it will clean the files don't been accessed in 30 days in the folder "test".
